Crap Attack!

... the title is quite ineffective (and its not corny!), it should be more 'in your face' don't you think? Something like 'CRAP ATTACK!!!' and yes, its pun intended, I'm so full of puns today, I feel clever. =) I have decided, I shall become an avid blogger to take part in this blog to add more crap to it. Life in NYJC is so mundane, everyone needs a dose of crap sometimes.

Anyway, today, I went straight to the clinic after school today. I was suffering from diarrhae/stomach flu (for those who care, thank you for caring). As I stepped into the clinic and waited for my turn to confess, a couple of random thoughts came into my head.

Have you ever wondered why western comedies are so different from local comedies? Because scenerios acted in the west is not natural if applied to a local context. Take a look at this mediocre funny comic strip I came up with:

This is how The West Do It

And this is how The Locals Do It

See? What I mean? Then after that thought, something caught my eye. It was one of the health posters on the walls, it read "1 out of 10 Singaporeans suffer from Nervous Stomach" and while reading it (because I think I'm one out of the 10), I find one phrase quite amusing. "... is an issue discussed in hush tones in the doctor's office...". Yes, of course its appropriately used. Then again, who exactly DON'T discuss their problems in hushed tones at the clinic? Just imagine!

HAHAHA!

No, this sincerely cracks me up, I'm not trying to stimulate laughter. So how does it feel like to have diarrhae/stomach flu? Its anal. (another pun!)

Love,
Eddy.

Happy Teachers' Day, love from Eddygirl

Hello everyone, I'm here to share with you why it
is SO enjoyable studying in 0730. It is because of the... *drum roll*
TUTORS! Yeah, that's right, you get the BEST, most effective tutors, lecturers, and principal. Yep, even the 'Clueless' ones, the 'hottest' one, the 'incomprehensible' one and the know it all (and expect you to know so too)' ones.

Oops!

I leaked out what my post is all about haven't I?

Oh well, here you go then.

Introducing, the cutest, most adorable principal ever in NYJC!

And... *ahem* one of our tutors... *grins* you know who, don't act like you don't know it. Come on, don't lift that eyebrow. It's someone we all love... Ms ******!

While we're still at tutorials, lets take a look at another teacher we love with all our heart... the tiny one.

Finally, lets look at the illegible, unintelligible lecturer we need to eat alot before attending his lecture.

=) I hope you guys enjoyed it. And if any tutors from NYJC stumbled across this entry, don't be angry, its JUST A JOKE! HAPPY (DAMN EARLY) TEACHERS' DAY!
